Are you, or is someone you care for, living with dementia?
Your help is needed.
Healthwatch Wiltshire is holding regular workshops for people interested in dementia services so that experiences and feedback can be shared with the people who provide those services.
We are looking for carers and family members or friends who would be willing to share their experiences and to help identify any issues which are affecting the services provided for those living with dementia.
What is involved?
We would like you to attend three workshops per year in your local area or, if this is not possible, to speak with someone by telephone.
The afternoon workshops will be held at four different locations around the county. The dates of the first meetings are:
Thursday 22nd January from 2pm.to 4pm
Malmesbury Town Hall, Cross Hayes, Malmesbury SN16 9BZ
Wednesday 28th January from 2pm to 4pm
The Corn Exchange, St John’s Street, Devizes SN10 1BN
Wednesday 4th February from 2pm to 4pm
Methodist Church, St Edmund’s Church Street, Salisbury SP1 1EF
Thursday 12th February from 2pm to 4pm
The Laverton, Bratton Road, Westbury BA13 3EN
