Carer Support Wiltshire (CSW) was formed in April 2011 on the merger of the previous four carer support charities for Wiltshire – Carers Support Kennet, Carers Support North Wilts, Carers Support Salisbury District and Carers Support West Wilts.
Our services cover the whole of Wiltshire (excluding Swindon) and are available to anyone who is aged 18 or over. We are also funded to provide support to people caring for someone in Wiltshire who do not live in the county themselves or those registered at a GP surgery funded by the NHS Wiltshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
We are proud to be a network partner of the Carers Trust – the leading national charity for carers in the UK which works to reach carers and develop services across the country.
